What is Coaching?
Our coaching improves leadership skills, builds confidence and self-awareness, and supports people to achieve their goals. Good coaching identifies and removes barriers leading to individuals being more focused and effective at work. Coaching services include individual and team coaching to support change and performance improvement.
Our coaching uses proven methodologies to ensure coaches gain insight, increase their resources and options for taking action and implement changes. It draws upon insight provided by neuroscience to support real change in those being coached.
We use a three step coaching methodology to support change:
- Preparation for coaching
- Coaching process and development of individual or team action plans (generally 4 sessions)
- Follow-up and review
