Our definition of people who are hard to work with is those who have a significant and toxic impact on those around them.  They may be team members, team leaders or senior managers.  They are the bullies and the harassers.  They are the difficult, prickly, self-centred and unpredictable people and they often intimidate and confuse others.  They do harm to others, and they often do so deliberately.
